Complaint from Juliette Fisbein Everett, MA6 months agoWe called Jeff Caines to install a new fridge. He installed it. We asked him to remove the old Lienherr fridge which he charged us $75 extra for. The next day I realized we had not emptied it (it was full of beverages) and called him to return the items. Despite several calls and texts he did not return my calls and never set a time to meet. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend his services.
